Hi Team,
I'm facing a weird issue - the laptop is not charging, however, it worked fine yesterday. Please take a look at the case created below.
Case number: [Personal Information Removed]
I wanted to share a few things related to the same issue:
- getting one notification saying low-power source detected
- getting one notification saying low-power source detected
- tried to do a component test for the AC adapter, though the adapter is connected, it's saying the AC adapter is not connected
Could you please help me to fix this as early as possible?
