I've been looking around with people with the attestation problem on the new COD and see it's mainly a manufacturer issue, I've seen that HP might be working on a fix for this, but has a list of devices which will not be getting said fix. I assume even though I have an OMEN 16, because it still runs a legacy CPU (Ryzen 7 5800h), I will not be getting a fix for attestation at all? Just wanted to double check if my suspicion is correct in the forums, Thanks.

You're very welcome.
Yes, that is the wording of the release notes that supposedly fix the problem.
Unfortunately, I don't know why it didn't on your notebook, so hopefully HP will release an updated BIOS in the future.
There is some recent software that Nvidia released--paid and free (with ads) that allow you to play video games via the cloud without getting that error.
Perhaps the free version has MW4 available.

According to this HP document, your notebook is not on the list of those that will not be getting a BIOS update to fix the MW4 Attestation Issue.
HP AMD platforms with ASP fTPM - TPM Attestation failure | HP® Support
When I look at the release notes for the latest BIOS update HP has for your notebook, apparently this BIOS update fixed that problem:
OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0500na (4S1C6EA) Software and Driver Details
- Fixes a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) verification issue that causes errors to occur when Autopilot or Intune are used to setup a new device. This issue prevents some games from running due to Digital Rights Management (DRM) check failures.

So my suspicion is right, but you're saying an update fixed the issue? I've been trying to troubleshoot for around 2-3 hours total after updating my bios to F.27. Cleared my TPM keys, manually tried to force a TPM rebuild with commands (reg delete "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TPM\WMI\Endorsement" /f, reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TPM\WMI" /v "NoAutoProvision" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f, Initialize-Tpm), Tried the classic TPM on and off, used wbemutil /clean to try force identify the keys, tried requesting a new AIK cert with certreq -enrollaik -config "", tried to force an auto-provision, ran a DISM cmd to try fix the cert and then also tried to run these :
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force Install-Module -Name AutopilotTestAttestation -Force -Scope CurrentUser Import-Module -Name AutopilotTestAttestation Test-AutopilotAttestation
via PowerShell to try see if the TPM could even communicate with Microsoft Azure but to no luck. If there's nothing that can be done then so be it. Thank you for the information.

Hi:
I just came across this post that showed up later today.
Solved: COD BO7 attestation issue - HP Support Community - 9699258
Does your notebook's BIOS have a fast boot setting?
Maybe you can try disabling that setting if it does.
