Hi:

it would be possible to use DDR3L1866 memory in your notebook. 

It may be a little harder to find but since according to your screenshot your notebook is running the currently installed memory at 1866 MHz, you would want to buy another DDR3L-1866 memory module, as installing a 1600 MHz memory module will slow everything down to 1600 MHz.

I just want to make sure what is the maximum RAM speed that can be used in this laptop

Since the currently installed DDR3 memory is running at 1866 MHz, that would be the fastest DDR3L memory you would want.

The memory isn't going to run any faster than what it is now.

I would go with the 1866 MHz memory.

1600 Mhz will slow down your PC since what you have in there is running faster than 1600 Mhz.
