Did a symptoms check and it says there has been a memory extensive check failure (memory module 2- bottom board). My computer currently gets stuck in booting up (black screen with hp and continuous swirl). What does this mean and what do I do?

Unfortunately, I do not have good news for you.
Your notebook comes with onboard system memory (soldered to the motherboard), and it is not removable or replaceable.
The only way to fix the problem that I know of would be to replace the system board.
If your notebook is still under warranty contact HP customer service and submit a support case under the warranty starting at the link below:
If your notebook is no longer under warranty:
Below is the link to the service manual:
Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook:
The motherboard part number and description is:
L95651-601 | MOTHERBOARD DSC GTX1650 4GBi7-xxxx 16GBOLED W |
HP does not sell the motherboard your PC uses.
You may want to do a search by the motherboard part number on eBay and see if you can find a working replacement motherboard on there.
Another thing you can do would be to take the notebook to a local PC repair shop to see if the onboard system memory can be desoldered, removed, and resoldered with working memory chips.
I'm not a PC repair tech so I don't know if that would be possible or not.
