Hi @Cristhianares,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The Memory Integrity feature in Windows 11, part of the Core Isolation settings, helps protect against malicious code by ensuring that only trusted code runs in the operating system kernel. If you receive a warning that certain drivers, like CBU2_64.sys and CBUSB_64.sys from MARX CryptoTech LP, are incompatible, it means that these drivers might prevent Memory Integrity from being enabled.
Here's how you can address this issue.
Check for Driver Updates:
- Visit the Manufacturer's Website: Check the MARX CryptoTech LP website or the OEM support page for your laptop to see if there are any updated drivers available that are compatible with Windows 11.
- Update via Device Manager:
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Locate the device associated with the MARX CryptoTech LP drivers.
- Right-click and choose Update driver.
- Select Search automatically for drivers.
Uninstall Incompatible Drivers:
If you no longer need the devices or software associated with these drivers, you can uninstall them:
- Open Device Manager as described above.
- Find the device linked to the problematic driver.
- Right-click on it and select Uninstall device.
- Check the box that says Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall.
Contact MARX CryptoTech LP Support:
- If you still need these drivers but can't find an update, contact MARX CryptoTech LP for assistance. They may have a newer version available or can provide a workaround.
Disable Memory Integrity:
- If you are unable to resolve the incompatibility, you might consider disabling Memory Integrity, though this is not recommended due to the security benefits it provides.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Windows Security > Device security.
- Under Core isolation, select Core isolation details.
- Toggle Memory integrity off.

Replace Incompatible Software/Devices:
- If the drivers are for specific software or hardware that you can replace with a more compatible alternative, consider doing so.
Check for System Updates:
- Ensure that your Windows 11 installation is up to date. Sometimes, Microsoft releases updates that improve compatibility with certain drivers.
System Restore:
- If the issue started after a recent change, you can perform a System Restore to a point before the issue began.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
