Hello, I have a problem each time I open "Omen Command Center" it shows me a message above and an "Update" button, the issue is when I clicks the "Update" button the application will be closed with no effect.

I have tried to restart the machine several time but not resolve the issue. Furthermore, I am connected to internet and tried to run Omen Command Center as admin also same result "application exit after clicing on Update button" as attached https://postimg.cc/56ZdTmdM

Please advise how to resolve this?

7.5.1.0 is the latest version at the moment. It might be another update needed in the system for it to work.

Is your Omen brand new or you've had it a while?

Either way, I would also go to Windows... All Settings> Update and Security and manually search for Windows updates and install them. Do this until it cannot find any more.

Next...

1. If you are using the OS that came with the PC, go to Start>HP Support Assistant and open it. Make it search for any updated drivers that Windows updates didnt find and install them also.

or

2. If you clean installed Windows with the MS ISO instead, then install the HP Support Assistant and use it.

Reboot and see if the OCC will work properly now. If it still gives you the error, uninstall it and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store link... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
