Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased a Omen laptop on hp.com which qualifies for the offer on 11/29. Have not received any codes or links email (checked spam). Already contacted various HP support teams on the phone who said that it will be sent within 2 business days, which had passed. So is HP just going to lie about this offer or something?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
