Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)

I bought the Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0555TX

Serial: (Removed)

Product: 805X2PA

which is under standard Warranty according to customer care guy said.

I have used the laptop for about 3 - 4 months and then suddenly it stopped working. I talked with customer care about my problem they said that my mother board is damaged and it will not be replaced [ couldn't find their terms and condition anywhere stating that standard Warranty doesn't cover motherboard replacement warranty ] I was also not informed about the terms and conditions when I was buying the product.

Now the customer care is asking me for ₹70,000 + GST charges for MotherBoard replacement which is unfair.

This laptop has not been damaged physically anywhere from anyone as I am the only user of it. I can literally buy a new laptop if I have to pay 70,000 rupees for the replacement.

HP covers the motherboard warranty under standard Warranty but the customer care refuses to accept it.

Can someone please help me with a solution on what should I do ? Only 4 months are receiving till the warranty ends.

Are you an AI or a human ? Because I stated my problem with motherboard and not with keyboard
