Hello everyone I would like to ask what is the solution when my HP gaming laptop CPU is running hot when in idle mode i get 50 - 60c but when I first bought it it's only at 47c - 55c and when I'm in gaming I only get 60c - 84c but now i get 86c - 95c what seems to be the problem? is the software and games that i downloaded that's destroying my system because i keep trying a lot of software for now and uninstalling it or just because of the drivers update that messed up?  does factory reset will solve my problem? or reformatting it so it will be cleaned all the way.... sorry for my English grammar.

and also btw suddenly my speaker getting cracking sound in some point is it the Realtek driver problem?

Hi@Neon_Mix, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that up to 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
