My Omen Command Center has stopped working and all I get is this window with error communication

Hi, I have an omen laptop and all of a sudden my omen command center has stopped working, every time I turn on my laptop, I get this message that there is a communication error and if I try to open the program nothing happens. 

I have updated my bios, installed and uninstalled the program multiple times, and even updated it with the latest drivers but still didn't fix the problem. I am attaching a screenshot of the message I get every time I start up my laptop.

Did you play around with your machine ? Sounds like you've got

Do you need it ? Otherwise please remove it

are you talking about my wallpaper? The Print Hello word background is just my wallpaper, the little window is the message I get every time I start up my laptop
