Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When i first got my victus, the computer worked fine, it would go between 60-80 fps and worked perfectly, until around a month ago my pc just started preforming really bad and getting around 10 fps, at the end we went to store where we bought it and apparently the gpu had de-installed itself somehow, after that the pc only got about 18-30 fps however i didnt mind, however just aroudn an hour ago the pc started getting a flat 10 fps for no reason, i dont know why this is happening but it's really confusing for me, the gpu isnt unisntalled and i dont know what to do.

That's weird. Just to make sure that the GPU hasn't uninstalled itself, right click on the task bar and select "Task Manager". Go into the Performance tab and check the GPU. If it says anything else that's not your dedicated GPU (Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, Intel HD, etc.), then it uninstalled itself. Make sure your laptop isn't overheating. Also, maybe you need to reduce game resolution. I hope this helps!
