Use an air duster to clear debris from the fan

If this does not help then the fan is damaged

If not under warranty then you may need to get inside for cleaning and inspection

I tried cleaning my laptop, i is still vibrating. Is there is anything i can do by my self?

The fan is the only moving part.  Either one of the fan blades broke or a bearing wore out.  Please call HP and talk to them about warranty repair.

if it is not in warranty then here is a disassembly video.

You can inspect the fans to see what the problem is.

Post back here for help if you need to replace the fans yourself.
