I need help on my HP Victus 16. The download speed is like limited or capped to 30mbps. The problem is only resolved through reconnection o restart device but after a couple of mins of usage, it will be back 30mbps. I have tried a lot of trying to fix it I even reset my laptop and got a fresh install of windows 11 but the issue still exist. I bought it brandnew.

I know that my download speed should be at 30 mbps. what I meant is when I'm doing a speedtest it only shows 30mpbs when it should be 300mbps.

(1) Please start windows <device manager>

- Open <network adapter>
