Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0033tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has a ping unstable problem while playing gaming. It happens with any kind of game yet only occurs to my laptop alone. There's no any network problem with other devices, even it's connected to the wired LAN but the ping is still unstable. It might happen after I inserted an additional ram to the devices but all the system is fine except ping latency.
