Product: HP Pavilion Gaming
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my Laptop I used to have the option to set the battery to high performance and better battery and  battery saver but somehow now I am unable to do that because it doesn't even show up here is the pic 

and also I want to mention that the laptop is slow now even when plugged into the charger 

 

do you know how to fix that ????

The notebook computer runs very slowly, which may be caused by many reasons. It may be that the computer memory is very large, and the memory needs to be cleaned up.
