Hello. I bought HP OMEN laptop a few days ago and not once the numbers on the right of the laptop have worked. (The numbers on top of the letters work just fine.) I've tried the method where you go to the settings and from the Ease of Access center turn off/on the button which says: "Use numeric keypad to move mouse around the screen" like many tutorials have told me to do.
I am no computer genius and I'm starting to get really frustarated with this. I literally just bought this laptop and it has worked well but this specific problem keeps on bugging me.
(Also when I change the keyboard's light's color to e.g. all red - when I open the laptop next time the "default colors" are in use again for some reason. But when I go to the section where I can change the color they turn back to red before I even get to edit them. Is this a bug or a feature? Because I hate to go to that certain menu every time just to see the color quicky turning back to the one I wanted it to be...)
Sorry if this sounds a bit ranty. I'm just really really frustarated and probably a bit exhausted from work. Hopefully I get this thing solved soon. I'd call the customer service but socializing on a phone just won't work for me atm.

Hello @Marakuukkeli
So you are saying the Numlock button is not enabling the numpad on the keyboard basically.
IF no numbers are working, then you need to do a warranty claim or return the laptop to the store you purchased from, for an exchange. I would do this ASAP.
