Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My victus 15 laptop Windows 11 goes off when working and tell me something is wrong with the booting system and I have change the SSD card in four months. And the laptop is brand new not up to a year. 

 

It shows now 3fo and system diagnostics.

3f0 is a serious disk error

If you send it in for service tell them to return your old drive you can can recover important files from it.  Usually  it is discarded.

 

If not in warranty then you need to replace the drive.

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
