Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The problem started when i was listening to music and left it but when i went back the music was still playing but the screen went black and was unresponsive. I restarted it and it still was blank but the power button is still on
