Hello ,recently my laptop is so hot in game.

He become hot when is  plug in.

The temperature increase to 97 degrees and freezes there and fan is alot loud.

I decreased the video quality but it is the same. I don t know what to do...but it is disturbing

I have-

i5-8300h

gtx 1050 ti

 

pls help ...

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are having heating issues on the PC while gaming. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

97-degree Celsius for the CPU is high for gaming. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Update the BIOS

Click here to download the latest BIOS for your PC

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

 

Check the power plan set on the PC
