Hi, I have just set up my new HP Victus laptop which has an RTX 3060 GPU & AMD integrated graphics. I can use nVidia control panel to change between GPUs but the AMD software doesn't work. When I click to open it says:
'AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition Warning:
The version of AMD software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver. A factory reset is recommended'.
Please can anyone advise if I need to worry & how to resolve this?
Thank you.

Hello @alexelliott
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

Thank you so much. Update: I re-installed the driver from the HP website specific to this laptop for AMD driver and the AMD Radeon software now works. There is a notification saying on the app that there's another driver installed that they recommend uninstalling, (I presume Windows update one), but I don't know how to uninstall it. Do I need to worry?
