The Omen Command Center has been updated recently (The Microsoft store version) and when I press login the screen of the application is blank and it is impossible to login (Did try to update Windows, restart and refresh the page).
There is random beeps and when it occurs there is stutters as well ever since the new windows update and the Omen button no longer opens the Command Center but the button works normally and is not broken (Tested with keyboard animations).
Edit : Added another problem (Command center Key)

Hello @Didii
Looks like Windows updates strike again. Try uninstalling the OCC, The download the file again from the MS Store and install it.
IF that doesn't work, might have to try installing an older version. If you install an older version, Windows will try to upgrade it right away, so you will have to temporarily put MS Updates on hold.
Here is one I have saved in my Google drive... https://drive.google.com/open?id=1C6ht1uMFeKrrT8EtfETJCimg1WvAcaKg

The OCC is also bios dependent. Is your bios up to date?
Should be version F.21 Here is the installer if its not... sp96513.exe
Have the power cord plugged in and nothing else running.
Double click the download and follow the prompts.
Was it when it upgraded to Windows 10 1903 or was it standard update?
If it was the 1903 upgrade, can you revert it back if its not been 30 days yet?
