Product: Hp victus 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Before using a new laptop for the first time, is it really that important to connect it to the charger for 24 hrs before operating it as mentioned by hp on their website

 

Why would that be important knowing that the laptop stops charging at 100% and doesn't accept any more charge  ?

 

My laptop is hp victus 15
