No Lighting Option in Omen Command Center

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a new Omen 15 with i7 10th gen and a RTX version laptop. In the Omen Command Center I do not see the Lighting option to change the keyboard backlights. Can you please help me with this issue.

Not all machines have this option/feature. Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard which is similar to

 

              OCC zone.png

 

If not, your machine does not have Lighting option/feature
