No Performance Mode & Unleashed Mode?

Hi, I recently bought a HyperX OMEN Gaming Laptop 15-gb0666ax (P/N: D36Z0PA#AR6) and thought it was a cool laptop with high-end processor, 2K Display, and a high refresh rate for its price. And I still think it's a cool laptop, until I ran into several issues...

1. There are no "Performance" and "Unleashed" mode in OMEN Gaming Hub's Performance Control, like I just find it a bit odd that a laptop like this (with a Ryzen 7 260 CPU and an RTX 5050 GPU) got stuck in only "ECO" and "Balanced" mode for performance tuning. I am aware that the TGP is only 55 W, and does it really have to do with the High Performance modes being missing?

2. Keyboard input is very inconsistent. It has a variety of latency in both press and release, and they're complete random. I don't know about you guys if you had the same problem as mine but it is what it is.

Just a note that all BIOS, SDKs, firmware, software, and driver has been up to date from OMEN Gaming  Hub itself, NVIDIA App, HP Support Assistance, and Windows Update.

My opinion, worth about 

Neither HP nor any other OEMs are going to provide tools that will overheat the CPU or motherboard causing a failure and a costly warranty repair.

Possibly HP will allow memory tweaking in bios, but only for select memory blessed by HP.

Some advice 

1 - You have cloud recovery.  Use a 64gb flash to get a copy of the factory recovery while it is still available.

2 - Get a laptop cooler.

3 - Get the dust bunnies out of the laptop periodically.  

4 - Charge the battery fully before running any intensive applications. Your laptop will overheat if it has to both charge and run at turbo speed.
