Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I just bought an Omen 16-wd0xxx with a 13th gen I5 and RTX 4050. I bought it because I had a choice with others laptops and the RGB lightning I saw on Youtube was appealing to me. Now, when I am in the Omen gaming hub, there is no lightning category aside the Light Studio, according to which my device is not supported.

Is this a bug or was I misleaded by the marketing and my model has only white light for the keyboard ?

Not ALL Omen machines have this option. What is your machine ? My machine is nearly 5 years old (7-Sep-2018) but its specs shows it has 

 

             Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

That is not a bug, you have to check its model/specs before taking out your wallet.
