Hello! I am having problems with my audio from last night, after i had a bluscreen on my laptop. The audio icon appears with a red x and says that i dont have a driver installed. I tried and uninstalled/reinatalles every audio driver possible and still not working. What to do?

I installed and uninstalled everything without succes ! The only thing that worked , was reinstalling Windows !

Please download and do a CLEAN install (uninstall Realtek sound, reboot, install new software and reboot) of the following software

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92517.exe

is not working ! On the audio troubleshooting i get :One or more audio service isn't running .. i Hve tried to start the audio process from  services and i am getting this Untitled.jpg
