No audio problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I toggled the audio ON/OFF button and audio in my laptop stopped working. Here I have a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyCmGNVlpONF-GIjdI5K6iMcZDHxWnGF/view?usp=sharing .  No sound in browser(anywhere) and when I troubleshoot the audio from HP Support Assistant, it finds no error and when I test sound it plays and I can hear the sound but I have sound only here. 

The only solution now I have: I'm uninstalling all audio drivers and restarting. After restarting it has sound but when I reboot after this sound again disappears.

I understand that audio is not working.

 

  • Please let me know when was working before.
  • Have you made any changes to the computer?
  • Have you tried with a headset?
