OK then. Make all of them set to Running and Automatic. If you continue to have to manually start the Event Utility, something else is skewed.

Also make sure there isn't anything with a yellow caution sign in the Device Manager. In there, check the Software Components and System Devices to make sure they are not disabled.

 

Thats about all I can think of beyond reinstalling Windows to reset what ever is skewed. Hope it helps.

Ok I will set every hp service to running

 

There is no yellow caution sign in the device manager (I updated all of my components 1 month ago)

 

I think I won't reinstall Windows, if this is the only problem I'm facing 🤔
