Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone! Please help me solve this problem, I lost the original charging from the laptop and ordered a new one (Im not sure if the original charging is), but when connected, the laptop does not charge.

I purchased another charger that is generally suitable for many laptops, with characteristics similar to the original charging, but the laptop does not charge with it either.

Both charges supply voltage.
