Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the device is off, it charges normally, but when I turn the device on, it doesn’t charge even when I unplug the charger and put it back in. It doesn’t work and sometimes it works all of a sudden after many attempts to disconnect and restore, what is the solution?
