Thank you for responding and giving us this update. It is great to have you back. Your time and patience are greatly appreciated. You've displayed great resolve and immense patience to try and get it fixed. Kudos to you for that.:) As Riddle_Decipher is out for the day I am responding on his behalf.
Did you perform all the suggested steps from the previous post? If you have and the issue persists, then there is more to it than meets the eye. It could be hardware related for which the computer needs to be repaired or serviced. I am being honest about it by keeping your best interest in mind without beating around the bush.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://hp.care/2r9wSvP
- Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
- Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
- Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
- Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty should take care of it for you.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
Take care and have a blessed week ahead. 🙂
Cheers!

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I Understand the fan is heating up,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Any recent hardware or software changes made to your PC?
That said, Did you know that Generally, when temperatures inside the case rise above 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), the risk of damaging important internal components increases greatly?
While you respond to that, Click here to see this video in full screen on YouTube to reduce Heat Inside the Laptop to Prevent Overheating, alternatively, you can Click here for step by step instructions.
Also, to resolve issues such as Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly:
- Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
- Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
- Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
- Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
- Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: https://hp.care/2sV472N
(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

I didn't do any changes to the PC itself (software, hardware) While i play games i noticed fan2 wasn't working like fan1. So it becomes very hot as i said in my first post with screenshot. When i bought the laptop it was 8 months ago my problem started around this time.
