Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R4AV)

Hallo ich habe mein Laptop an einen externen Monitor, Tastatur angeschlossen . Seit Sonntag schaltet der Laptopmonitor samt Tastatur beim spielen nach etwa 20 Minuten ab , auf dem externen Monitor bleibt das Bild vorhanden . Nach einem Neustart bleibt der Laptopmonitor und die Laptoptastatur aus . der Laptopmonitor wird auch in den Systemeinstellung nicht erkannt .Nach einer unbestimmten Zeit ohne etwas zu machen geht er wieder an .

Eine Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht
