Hi. I need a bit of help. I own the HP pavilion gaming 15 model ec-2145ax with the ryzen 5 5600h and rtx 3050(60w variant).  While using my laptop ,I noticed that my laptop is missing the "Nvidia platform controllers and Framework driver" in the software devices category in device manager.  I tried uninstalling my current driver using ddu and install the driver available in the HP website . That didnt fix my issue . I also tried installing the latest driver available in the Nvidia website and same results.

As far as I understand this driver is important for the dynamic boost 2.0 ,whisper mode 2.0 and other features all of which are not available for my laptop according to my Nvidia control panel(I also confirmed this by msi afterburner's hud  while playing games , the card wasnt boosting beyond 60w). But surprisingly my friend's own the dell g15 and the acer nitro 5 and both 3050 laptops have this driver and both of them have dynamic boost 2.0 enabled and it works for them as well They get an extra 15 w boost. This confuses me and later on confirming from nvidia website , these features should be there for all 30 series cards.
Is there anyway I can solve this ? Is this a locked limitation by HP ? Here is an image of the device manager software devices category [content removed]

Any help will be appreciated.
