Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Am trying turn on Omen lighting, when I select lighting studio on OMEN gaming hug, it shows an information sign indicating (Unfortunately this device is not supported by OMEN lighting studio)

Please i need help.

The message tells you all. Does your machine ACTUALLY has 4zone keyboard ? My machine has following keyboard

 

                Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

 

and OMEN lighting studio DOES support it.
