Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, i've got OMEN 16.1 16-c0000

I'm having artifact issues in unity and strange memory error.

This also happens when using the windows terminal or any ide for programming.

My laptop is usually connected to a second monitor via HDMI and from time to time both displays go out for a moment and then turn on, it goes out every few minutes.
Another problem is that the laptop makes a strange noise when it boots up and these are not fans. This sound is louder when the laptop is plugged in.

The next problem is the touchpad keeps cutting off on the battery. I read that I have to disable and enable the touchpad, but that's not the way to be on such an expensive laptop! This happens every few seconds and makes my job very difficult...

I've read a lot about the problems of this omen and haven't found anything that could actually help me. I was terribly disappointed with this laptop, I liked the HP brand for the quality of the previous laptop, but I want to throw the current laptop into the trash.
