Hello. I have a problem using my laptop. When you try to open OMEN Audio Control, the download first lasts for 8-10 seconds, and then the message "Can not connect to RPC service." Trying to fix the problem, I forced update Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver with version 6.0.9381.1 Rev.B (sp142490.exe) using the HP Support. At the end of the update system asked for reboot. Before reboot I successfully launched OMEN Audio Control and saw its window with equalizer controls and other things. But after reboot the fault returned - "Can not connect to RPC service."
I checked everything as described at Unable-to-connect-to-RPC-service.
And what is the meaning of this RPC? Remote Procedure Call? Realtek PC?

Updating everything with the hope that it may help is not the solution. It is a random attempt without understanding the root cause. My latest update was a BIOS update a month before I raised the problem with audio service.
I have some updates. During laptop boot up all my network connections are blocked by firewall and stay blocked waiting for manual authorization. I just decided to click on "OMEN Audio Control" icon and it magically works now. "Can not connect to RPC service" is not a problem of network connection.
Moreover, I use headphones and EQ Control feature doesn't work with headphones. It says "This feature isn't available when using this Headphone/external device. Please unplug this device to enable." WHAT? Centralized sound control and equalization was the main idea of using this app. Unfortunately, "OMEN Audio Control" is useless and doesn't worth troubleshooting efforts.
