My OMEN Command Center was working a few days ago. 

The other day I opened it to setup some macros on the P1-P6 keys, however, I encountered a "System.Object" message displayed instead of the interface. 

 

As far as I'm aware Windows had not updated. 

- I then did a Windows update thinking it might need it; no change.

I have attempted to use the HP Recovery Manager to reinstall what came with the laptop; this has not worked. 

I have found this section in the HP help, however there is no OMEN Command center revision history: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-17-an100-laptop-pc/20329829

 

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get keyboard macros working again?

The new Omen Command Center is now a app from the Microsoft store. HP is rolling out bios updates to fix the issues associated with it. There are bugs still that HP is working on.

 

Hopefully they will have it worked out soon.

thank you all , today i updated the last windows update and frimware pack from the hp support assistant and now the macros works perfectly :clap: :HeartEyes:

I accidentally accepted as solution; can't see how to change it.

But yes, the update went through a day or two ago and all the macros are working correctly now.
