OMEN Command Center Missing Features

I feel like there are many threads about this issue, but I've looked through them all and tried most of suggestions mentioned to no avail. I have an OMEN 15-dc0051nr and ever since the more recent updates to the OMEN Command Center I have lost all options besides Game Stream. No performance options, keyboard lighting, etc. I have looking for an older version to roll back to, but with no success. I have done the BIOS updates, SDK updates, etc. and nothing appears to have helped. The 4-zone keyboard backlight is nice and all, but I really like them all white and I have no way to do that any more. Any suggestions would be great.

Try update System Event Utility from HP Driver page.

Install these.

Reboot.

Then update Omen Command Center:

Reboot

Then install this.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp88567.exe

Reboot

Then install this.

Reboot.

I have tried all of the above steps, but still only see the Game Stream section in OCC.

After speaking with a customer service rep that was knowledgable, he said that they are aware of the issue and have escalated to the software development team for a fix. There is no known timeline, but it is in the works. Now all we can do is wait.
