HP OMEN 15-DC0006L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all!

I have a problem with my laptop, the thing is simple: recently, my dedicated keyboard for the OMEN Command Center is not working anymore and I don't why. I have already restarted the OMEN Command Center app and the service is running in background. I can't find any other solution to that problem.

Thanks!

@MusiqueDoc

What does it mean, your dedicated keyboard isnt working with Omen Command Center?

The whole keyboard isnt working or did you mean just the Omen Home Key isnt working?

Those are completely two different things...  Can you explain in better detail please?

Just the Omen Home Key, that key that it's up in the corner, above the numeric keypad

OK Thanks. That is a glitch that Omen laptops have had since the beginning and HP has not produced a fix for it.

The only thing you can try is to uninstall and reinstall the Omen Command Center.

Also make sure the HP System Event Utility is up to date.

You can run the HP Support Assistant to check for driver updates also.

Your bios should be version F.08.

Thats about all you can do for it. It might work, it might not. HP needs to fix the issue.

I simply created a shortcut in the bottom Taskbar for it that works better.
