Product: hp omen 15 dc0085 tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive tried uninstalling reinstalling the OCC multiple times but it just does not seem to work for me. Recently I noticed that after I made a guest account on windows 10, OCC opened without a hitch on the guest account and everything was functional, but not on the main, admin account. When I launch it I can see its running in the task manager but the GUI does not display. 

TLDR - OCC works on guest account but not on admin account. Why?

Please uninstall it then use Windows Store to search for Omen Command Center and Get it.

Probably you change logon when install or someone used Guest account to install it.
