Dears All,

I hope you be fine. First of all, I tried all the solutions in this community:

- Updating Windows to latest (I have genuine license)

- Uninstalling OMEN - Restart

- Installing Again

- Some topic linked to SDK I also installed them but still no luck.

When I open OMEN it shows: OMEN Gaming Hub is not supported in this region

Now I can't work because 3D Surround and other Gaming options can't be changed, please help!

See if the older Omen command Center software works for you...

 

The HP OMEN Command Center personalizes the gameplay experience through simplified access to custom settings. This package is provided for supported computer models running a supported operating system.

Here is the SDK package...

 

OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package contains the SDKs required for OMEN Gaming Hub Overclocking and Network booster features. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

Dear Paul,

Many thanks for the effort, I did the following:

- Uninstalled Omen App

- Restarted

- Installed SDK

- Installed OLD Omen Command Center

Nothing Happened, the command center not installed.

Sorry that the old software didn't work either.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions you can try.

 

If you notebook is still under warranty, you may want to submit a support case under the warranty.
