OMEN Gaming Hub is not supported in this region

Dears All,

I hope you be fine. First of all, I tried all the solutions in this community:

- Updating Windows to latest (I have genuine license)

- Uninstalling OMEN - Restart

- Installing Again

- Some topic linked to SDK I also installed them but still no luck.

When I open OMEN it shows: OMEN Gaming Hub is not supported in this region

Now I can't work because 3D Surround and other Gaming options can't be changed, please help!

Dear Paul,

Many thanks for the effort, I did the following:

- Uninstalled Omen App

- Restarted

- Installed SDK

- Installed OLD Omen Command Center

Nothing Happened, the command center not installed.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions you can try.

If you notebook is still under warranty, you may want to submit a support case under the warranty.
