OMEN 15-en0000 Laptop PC (8WK04AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own a HP Omen 15 (en-0501AX), my OMEN Gaming Hub's network booster function isn't working, error message's displayed that says 'Required HP services not found', and I get two options 'update' and  'feedback'. I tried updating but it just updates forever, updating is stuck on 1% since hours. I've even checked the network connection, nothing seems to be blocking the update. Only option left is now to re-install Omen Gaming Hub and see if it fixes the issue. Please help with solutions other than re-installation if you got any, any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

  • An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
