The OMEN key (top left of my number pad) does nothing when I press it and its been bugging me for a few days, since it worked when I bought it. Laptop is in perfect condition and it has been less than a week since i bought it. Thanks.

As I understand, certain keys on the keyboard do not work.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you drop liquid or have any accidents with the keyboard?
When was the last time it worked without this issue?
Did you check with an alternate user account or an external keyboard to check if all the keys on that work?

Thanks for the reply, but as I have stated, the laptop is in perfect working condition and I have not dropped any form of liquid on it. It worked the first time I booted it up as I played around with the keys. It used to open up the OMEN Control Center but now its just a dud key. Nontheless, my omen key still registers an input but no function as when I selected a sentence and pressed the OMEN key, the selection turned grey. All of my other keys work great and I have no viruses or malware on my computer. I have tried an alternate user account but the same issue still occurs. Thanks.
