Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the computer in April 2021.  The "A" key popped off about a week ago.  I cannot get it back on.  I was told by the folks on the Geek Squad (I did not get this a Best Buy, but through Amazon) that they do not do keyboard repair and it is not possible to pop the cap back on.

The cap is just the black piece with the letter "A" on it, and its back has slots to mate with the clip.  But for some reason it will not clip on.

If I knew how to do this, I would fix it myself, even though I have bad eyesight.

Can anyone help??

I am less than a year in...the keyboard should not be broken already.  I only use for work and some gaming.  The clipThe clipKey frontKey frontKey backKey back
