Had a few ongoing issues with an OMEN laptop I’d be grateful for some input as to how to fix/workaround them.  In short the ‘i’ key often doesn’t register input/misses and the charger cable is very loose - this is both despite not having it for very long (still under warranty).  Gone on the HP support hoping for a form or something to send off a claim but nothing like that seems to be available (very annoying), and I’ve previously tried leaving my details for a callback only to be told in a message the service is unavailable.  Would appreciate also for any links for a support page/way to contact HP directly that I may have perhaps missed out on initially.  Cheers.  👍

This could be a hardware issue with the charging port and may require repair. We need to provide the solution to this issue in a private message as this information cannot be shared on a public post.
