OMEN Laptop Overheating

OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptops heats over 97°C when I play games. The games do meet the system requirements, I've updated the BIOS, I've installed CoolSense, I've cleaned the dust, I've done everything I could but the laptop will continue getting temperatures as high as 100°C. How do I fix this?
