OMEN RGB Keyboard Backlight

I have a laptop OMEN by HP 15tdc100CTO. there is problem with Keyboard Backlight it's always Red color

I am unable to change Red color to RGB color or my own color

I search a lot in community forum and google it for the solutions and in one of post i see that the same issue and describe that there is a option in Omen Command Center to change the keyboard lights but in my machine Omen Command Center there is no options like that. even I perform the update from Windows, HP Support assis and HP Oemn Command Center but no luck

and OMEN Command Center and I am unable to change keyboard backlight

Please provide some information by which I can fix this.

You have a CTO (config to order) model. That means it is a custom model that the buyer configures at the time of purchase, unless you purchased from a different store that is NOT HP. Then it was already configured from the store.

The keyboard needs to be the 4-zone or White Legend keyboard for the colors to change. If its only a 2-zone or Red Dragon keyboard, it will only be red and the command center will not show the option to change it.

We will have no way of knowing which one you have. I'm sorry.

how to configure my Red Dragon Keyboard to 4 zone keyboard?

You have to purchase it with the 4 zone keyboard already installed from factory.

Those keyboards are not available for individual purchase.

The cost would be extremely high and not worth it if you could.

but when I customize my lap there is no options to choose from and even there is no description for the same.

Where did you order your 15t CTO model from?

The model 15t-dc100 CTO is only sold in the USA/Canada and you're profile says you are in India.

The link you provided shows it has both the Dragon Red (2-zone red only) and White Legend (4-zone multi colored) keyboards.

So I"m trying to understand what you mean. Where exactly did you get your Omen from?
