As I understand you are looking for the setup utility document, please use the HP Omen User guide, check page no 45 for more help.

Is this all the help HP can offer? I've read that page and it explains NOTHING about what is in the bios. Waste of time.

 The User guide link we have shared shows how to update the bios utility and tells the function that can be used, may I know what specific function you are talking about, could you elaborate please, so I can try to find all the help
