They do not run same speed therefore the values of CFM don't make any sense. More reading

Very interesting link, thank you for including it. I enjoyed the read.
However, and correct me if I'm wrong, fans typically have a CFM rating which shows the amount of airflow at it's max rated RPM. Here is an example on the Noctua website: https://noctua.at/en/products/fan. In this instance, airflow is measured in m^3/h which can be converted to CFM. The article you included even had info on MSI's fan stating that it was rated at 96 CFM (See below.)
So theoretically, these fans should have some type of rating indicating the max amount of air they can move. That's what I'm looking for. Thanks for the reply!

Sorry, HP does not publish that info. I think the values should be very similar or close to the number from MSI.
